Final Project Coordinate Patterns

Here are some more patterns from my final year project, based on rock forms, crystalline imagery and mining. I am getting near to the end of my textile degree now, final deadline is 1st June! hopefully i will post some pictures of finished fabric soon, i am even getting a chain upholstered, which is exciting! :)

New Throw

Just bought this wonderful new throw by Docofil House for £20, very pleased with it. 100% cotton, and has a really lovely feel to it. Probably shouldn't have bought it, but couldn't resist buying something for my room in the new house.

Visiting Hill & Co Rugs.

I have recently traveled to London with some other students from my course to show our work to Hill & Co. Rugs. i have been lucky enough to have three of my designs picked to be produced into rugs. i do not yet know if all will be produced as one is quite an experimental design, but i am very hopeful! i can't believe some of my work will be produced professionally, and may even be sold by John Lewis, if they're buyers like it.
I will be given an example of my rugs at the end, which could not be till next year, which gives me something great to look forward to.
